All items are made to order after you purchase. Minor color/placement variations may occur due to the printing process.
Change of mind / wrong size
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Order issues: defects, misprints, wrong item, damage in transit
Email superpulper@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund.
Do I need to ship items back?
Physical returns are not required unless we explicitly request them. If a return is requested, we will provide instructions.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank/PayPal processing times may vary.
EU consumers—right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (print-on-demand). If we offer non-custom stock items in the future, the 14-day withdrawal will apply to those items only (instructions will be provided on this page).
