Production time
• Made to order: 2–5 business days.
Delivery after production
• USA & EU: usually 2–5 business days.
• Worldwide: typically 10–30 days (country-dependent; remote regions and customs may extend timelines).
• Tracking: provided where available. Shipments may arrive in multiple parcels.
Shipping fees & taxes

• Any import duties, taxes, or VAT are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.
Address & delivery issues
• Address changes are possible only before production/dispatch—email us ASAP.
• Undeliverable/returned parcels due to incorrect address may require a reship fee.
• If your order is late, damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item arrived, email us within 30 days with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• We do not ship to certain sanctioned destinations or P.O. boxes/APO/FPO where carrier restrictions apply.
